  BEWARE!!! I can't speak to their financial viability but considering the fact that they have closed several stores and their customer service is apporable... I don't suspect they are going to be in business much longer. Bought a bunk bed from them 1.5 years ago and it completely imploded.. Have not been able to get a response from them in over 2 months! This place is a disgrace.
  
  The store's claim that "replacement parts have been ordered" is just another example of the poor customer service. The issue arose on January 2, 2017 and "because of the weather" there was a delay in getting the parts delivered. I have been waiting for 77 days for them to "Fix" the issue!!! NOTHING should take this long.. Then again the product is made in VIETNAM so I am sure that has something to do with it!!! As for "Delivery at no extra charge." initially the offer was to have the parts delivered so I could fix the bed... If I wanted to put my kids' bed together, I would have went to IKEA... at least then, I would have received some level of professionalism.
