  Terrible follow-up at this place. We were looking for an assisted living place in the area for my mother and were in a bit of a time-crunch. I called on May 26 to see if we could get an appointment to come tour the place that day or the next day and I was told that someone would get back to me. I literally JUST received a callback today, Friday, June 3 -- a whole week later. That's ridiculous. You would think an assisted living facility would be a little bit more cognizant of the special needs of families trying to relocate their loved ones in an assisted living situation. Luckily, we found Victoria Mews in Boonton Township instead. They were able to fit us in and see us that same day.
