  I think Dr. MacGregor is among the best there is. She is extremely dedicated to her work and it comes across in spades. She is very direct. She pulls no punches in trying to get you to overcome emotional obstacles in whatever form they may be. Dr. MacGregor is assertive when necessary and will not allow you to BS - she will always call you out on it. Watch out! She is also very funny and witty. She's very insightful and I have found her to be "spot on" in her analysis. I've always heard analysis is supposed to be hard and painful if it's working. I find working with Dr. MacGregor to be quite painful at times. I have also found the pain is followed by clarity and personal growth. I highly recommend her.
